What is it useful for?

Limit to remember
Check the document author and date, not just the reposting date.
Official source
Choose the right source to check a crisis, a figure, funding or a standard.
These resources answer different questions. Start with your question, then record the date, area and method of the document.
Situation: read a recent report and its reference date. Needs: check population and area. Funding: distinguish requirements, commitments and payments. Quality: examine community feedback and evaluations.
A figure in two databases is not necessarily confirmed by two independent surveys: they may share a primary source. Keep the original document link and date.
